Snapmaker Quick-Change-Adapter

I designed a Quickchange-Adapter to fix the wasteboard on top of the heatbed (with the magnetic printbed detached).

It's made for the A250 / A250T - but feel free to make a remix for the A350 / A350T

For holding the Adapter in place you need 12 round Neodym magnets (d=10mm, h=3mm)

The Wasteboard is screwed to the quickchange-adpater (10x M4x10mm and 10x M4 Nuts)

After printing all parts the magnets will be pushed in the 12 holes (be sure to check upfront which side has to be facing the printbed!)

Since I had some clearance i used 2 layers of Tape on the side facing the cable (as it can be seen in the picture). With that done i have absolut zero clearance and the wasteboard isn't moving anywhere.

If you want to create a remix for the A350 it would be best to use the “adapter_ganz.ipt” and split it in the upper and the lower part after applying your changes.

Be aware to change the height correctly when starting with the Laser Module!

For me it is +10,5mm to the height of my material (Laserbed is 8mm, Quickchangebed is 18,5mm => +10,5mm)
