So I was tired of hearing those tiny fans in the PSU yelling at me all night during those long prints, let alone being in a meeting. So I decided to use an old 140mm computer fan instead. Feel free to change, adjust, cut, or anything you would like to do with it. This is setup for 140mm fan and a voltage regulator to run off of the 24v power towards the back of the PSU. The power pins in the middle of the board I think is only 12v, you can use that one but not with the voltage regulator. With the voltage regulator you can adjust the speed of the fan, adjust the fan speed to your liking or needs. You can use the same screws that secure the heated bed for longer screws to mount the psu unit to the bottom plate, and the fans screws from the back fan to screw the top to the bottom. I did remove the inside metal plates to open up the psu as much as I could to get as much flow through the unit as possible.
