Snapmaker Original - Enclosure Filter Fan Adapter
thingiverse
I own the original Snapmaker, and when using its laser modules, I experience strong fumes. To eliminate this issue, I added a exhaust fan on the back that also filters the air. My goal was to keep it simple and inexpensive. This attachment connects to the back of the Snapmaker enclosure using 4 M4 thumbscrews. It utilizes round charcoal filters designed for kitchen composters, and a 120mm case fan powered by a USB upvolt cable. The design is uncomplicated and efficient! The setup allows for effortless replacement of the filter. Note that there are two files available, one without mesh. I recommend starting with this file first unless you specifically need the mesh.
