This is a remix of the version 4 adapter from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4860729 I found it was too high so I reduced the height by 2mm. I also found the outside frame channels were too snug and would crack the exterior wall. So I opened up the channel a bit then thickened and reinforced the exterior wall. Also, this file has all 4 adapters mirrored and spaced, ready to print!
