Duct for 50mm blower fans with a 20mm x 15mm outlet. Fan Bracket attaches securely under existing side cover screws. The blower fan is mounted with its intake facing outward, making it easy to determine if it's powered and preventing blockage from the front face of the 3D printing module. A Subaru speaker screw was used to attach the fan to the bracket, resembling a 5mm wood screw thread in design. To prevent the fan from hitting the touchscreen during homing, either move the bracket one screw hole to the left or extend it forward by one inch using a 3D-printed extension. This setup reduces stringing and nozzle buildup mess with PETG, allowing a fan deflector to remain in place when printing PETG or PLA. By recalibrating the Snapmaker to extrude 100mm of filament when commanded, and checking "connect infill lines" in Cura, issues with incomplete PETG infill are resolved. TIP: When removing side cover screws, protect the y-axis linear module by covering it, as non-magnetic stainless screws can easily fall into it, requiring you to turn the Snapmaker upside down and shake to retrieve them.
