Snapmaker Fan Diverter With Support

Snapmaker Fan Diverter With Support

This helps the Snapmaker print in ABS by redirecting airflow from the fan upwards and away from your print. ABS thrives in hot temperatures, and airflow over the print can cause it to cool too quickly, resulting in warping. This modified design takes the original work of X_Pilot and the remix by adelille, incorporating an interior duct wall and additional support pieces. The outcome is fewer defects due to bridging at the cost of using more filament. No extra support is required to print this. I printed it using Snapmaker3D's default fast settings in exactly two hours. Check out the section below to see how I achieved this in OpenSCAD. If you like this model, please give me a thumbs-up on the Snapmaker Facebook page. For every like I receive over 100 during the month of October, I'll get a $1 coupon to help me purchase more filament for additional models! https://www.facebook.com/groups/snapmaker/?multi_permalinks=575897572828560
