Engraved on acrylic is a unique process that requires some preparation. First, spray one side of the acrylic with a coating to protect it from heat damage during the laser engraving process. Next, use a whiteboard marker to paint the surface where you want the design or text to appear. Once the paint is dry, attach your acrylic to the Snapmaker's bed and load it into the machine. Finally, using the Snapmaker Laser module, engrave the design onto the same side of the acrylic as the painted surface.
