I made some revisions to my previous design after using it for an extended period. I fine-tuned the fit, adjusted a few movements and added stops for the X and Y axes. The stops are set at the height of the CNC platform in the Y direction to support materials that exceed the work table's length. The X version is slightly smaller to save unnecessary printing time and material. I also added two connector thicknesses, one for the print bed and one for the CNC bed. Use the CNC connectors for the X and Y axes and switch between them when changing the print bed. You can use the CNC connector on the print bed but it leaves a small gap between the connector and the build plate. This could cause disconnection if there is a jam. I've also added a dedicated Rear Z slide that fits without trimming since it didn't always trim cleanly. As before, I printed everything in PLA except for Slides 4 for the X and Y axes. Those need to be printed in ABS or similar material to withstand additional heat. Side Note: This version has supports added at the front of each slide to prevent warping. To reduce potential wear, I added a strip of Teflon tape down the middle of the Snapmaker arms under the supports.
