This is my design for an adaptable cooling fan duct for standard Snapmaker cooling fans. Important considerations include: The clearance between the print bed and the duct is extremely tight. To ensure a safe fit, manually jog the machine to its home position before testing the clearance. For optimal results, I recommend printing with the large fan opening facing downwards, supports enabled. This produces a cleaner finish at the nozzle end. I have rigorously tested this part with a nozzle temperature of up to 210C without encountering any issues. However, further testing under higher temperatures has yet to be conducted.
