Snapmaker A350 attachment additional linear guides

The purpose of this manual is to solve the following problems of the Snapmaker A350: a) Uneven printing surface b) Fluttering of the printing surface when changing the direction of the Y-axis c) hooking of the sensor and shifting of the printing plate d) print bed adhesion problems with large components e) bending of the print bed under load with heavy components f) To reduce the noise when moving the Y-axes For precise alignment and mounting of the additional linear rails, I recommend the use of feeler gauges or dial gauges. The system is adjustable everywhere. The adjustment is done in 2 steps: 1. adjust the liner guide rails at the 4 corners to equal distance to the surface of the Snapmaker linear guides. To do this, place a spirit level, for example, across the rails and measure the distance to the guide axis. 2. now adjust the platform with the 3 screws on each side so that the same distance is measured everywhere from the upper edge of the platform to part 3. Now it is plane and rigide, the bed tilting has an end. That was a lot of work on Reverse Engineering. Am not quite finished with all the components yet, I still have to finish milling and mounting the 4 adjustable angle profiles for fixed positioning of the magnetic plate. I did all the drilling and slotted holes on the A350, but that is a real patience game.
