Snapmaker 2 power supply getting hot and noisy
thingiverse
Snapmaker 2 power supply is noisy and it gets hot. The reason it gets hot is because of internal main fan needs air to cool it down instead air got blocked by white plastic led plate. Based on my test we need to add holes on the body and once air gets in the power supply will cool down and will function normal and the second fan in the back is extra do not need. I tested this for a week before I added holes on power supply. The instruction is simple. Use plastic template and tape it. make sure put it in same orientation as the picture shows and use 1/8 drill bit add holes. print the bracket just fallow pictures I included. Any question let me know I will try to answer. I used M2x6 inserts for LED PCB. Andre Abelian
