Snapmaker 2 enclosure 4" fan outlet
thingiverse
I wanted to attach standard 4" exhaust ducting to my Snapmaker A350 enclosure so I could use inline duct ventilation fans to exhaust my laser fumes more effectively. This adapter allows a direct connection, and uses the existing holes and screws for the fan assembly. While the Snapmaker enclosure hole is just 3", I didn't want to risk breaking the acrylic by enlarging the hole, so there is a small reduction in the net inflow. I'm really a noob at Fusion 360 but the first print worked perfectly. I've yet to fully hook this up, but it holds the 4" ducting well, and sits securely mounted on the enclosure. Hope this helps others!
