Snapmaker 2.0 Laser Test Files
thingiverse
This is 3 different test tables you can engrave to find the optimum settings for a new material. I wanted to create tables that showed the level of detail that would be displayed at those settings and all the tables I could find online used just a solid block for comparisons. So, mine for each setting displays half an image that is solid black, and half an image that is a photo of a cats eye for detail analysis. These are setup and intended for the 1600mw lasers. If you are looking to do tests with the 10w laser module, you'll likely want to reduce the power on each of these items. Once my 10w module arrives, I'll be making, testing and uploading a similar setup for that too. I've uploaded each table below as a Snapmaker Luban project so you can adjust sizes or make any changes you want. The 3 tables are as follows: *Interval - This is just 15 comparisons with the only difference being the fill interval being between 0.05mm and 0.19mm with a 0.01mm increment. *Interval Speed - This is a comparison chart where the X axis is the Dwell Time in ms/dot (from 1-9 ms/dot), and the Y axis is the fill interval (from 0.05mm to 0.19mm). *Power Speed - This is a comparison chart where the X axis is Dwell Time in ms/dot (from 1-9 ms/dot), and the Y axis is laser power (from 10-100% in 10% increments). Ignore the "Rectangle1" SVG, I just had to upload another file type to be able to submit these projects.
