Snapmaker 2.0 enclosure corner cover
thingiverse
The ends of the thick frame sections on the snapmaker enclosures are open. This adds holes in the enclosure letting out heat and fumes (and does not look very appealing) so I designed these simple covers for the corners. I designed these for my A150 enclosure and they should work for the larger enclosures since they use the same extrusion section. For the A150 enclosure you will need to print 2x Corner 1, which is a simple flat cover. Simply print them without supports and press fit them into the frame. You will also need to print 1x 'Corner 2-1' and 1x' Corner 2-2', which have extra cutouts to accomodate the door on the A150 (the door will need to be removed to install these). These will also need some support material to print. I have included a STEP file of the blank corner as well as the Fusion 360 file if you wish to alter the parts.
With this file you will be able to print Snapmaker 2.0 enclosure corner cover with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Snapmaker 2.0 enclosure corner cover.
