Snap together units for 3-D chain link rings

To print the snap-together subunits, project a 2D design onto your printer. The units appear to fit together correctly in theory and as shown in the image. However, this has not been tested in real-world conditions; proceed at your own risk. You will need twelve sets of these subunits to create a sphere. For your first attempt, print one set at a time to ensure proper fitting.
