Snap-together Sphere
thingiverse
A three-ring sphere, created as a demonstration project, showcases interlocking components with dimensions of 60mm outer diameter, 20mm height, and 3mm thickness. The STL files feature one face every 2mm of the perimeter, along with a 0.4mm gap in the slots for a snug fit. Additional examples (40mm diameter, 5mm and 10mm height, and potentially 2mm thickness) are included but may require cleaning to ensure proper fitting. To assemble the sphere, simply print and snap the rings together.
