Small, snap-together grommet for use with thin vinyl hangings, like those wall decorations you pick up at Party City. Print with ABS. Tolerances are fine-tuned for ABS with minor shrinkage already built in. If you print with HIPS or PLA, you might need to adjust the sizes. Also note that the bottom layer of PLA may be too large - you'll probably have to tweak your first layer expansion. Also, when printing this in ABS, don't print too many at once, or you might get layer separation.
