These snap-together grommets work perfectly, offering impressive strength and printing seamlessly without supports. I've refined the design several times to achieve optimal performance. To guarantee a snug fit, you may need to tweak the scale of either the hub or grommets by 1-2% depending on your printer's capabilities and the filament being used. The eight-sided hubs are printed horizontally to prevent layer separation between the grommets. These versatile grommets have delivered excellent results when used on poly tarps, adding an eye-catching touch with their tudor rose design. They're also suitable for window curtains and can be scaled up by 2 or even 300 percent. I've included various hub lengths to accommodate different material thicknesses between the grommets.
