Snap-Together Geeetech G2/G2s Layer Fan System. However, I didn't have a fan to connect using the parts they provide. So I adapted a spare 40mm fan from the second extruder of my Geeetech g2s, since I'm only using one extruder now. I plan to install a better or larger fan eventually, but for now this is what I have. I've also thought about feeding the Layer Cooling system with air from an external source, such as a very strong aquarium air pump or similar. I created a connector that fits an aquarium tube, where the flex tube goes inside the adapter, but I haven't found a strong enough air pump yet. You can modify the OpenSCAD source code if you want to. To do this, you'll need to use the Fan OpenSCAD library from the remixed Fan/Mount Duct library. To assemble the parts, use superglue. I printed the system in ABS to make it more durable due to its proximity to the hot end. Print Settings: Printer: - Geeetech g2s Rafts: No Supports: Yes
