Edit 3-3-18 I addressed concerns from individuals who struggled with non-manifold edges and intersecting triangles by processing the individual parts through NetFabb and uploading the results. The repaired files are designated with a -2 suffix. This spool roller design was created after observing fixed or hard-to-attach spools on 3D printers. It fits Cocoon/Wanhao printers with a top bar measuring 49mm in width by 50mm in front, utilizing 608 bearings for smooth rolling. The clamp part snaps onto the printer frame, and its width accommodates my filament guide if needed. Alternatively, you can print the side frames and place the rollers on a bench or cabinet.
