Snap-on Lulzbot Mini 2 Spool Holder

I really love my Lulzbot Mini 2, but I wasn't too fond of the squeaking that occasionally occurred as filament spools rubbed against the edge of the integrated folding arm. I experimented with a few different spool holder designs, but couldn't find one that perfectly suited my needs, so I designed one myself! It's mainly a remix of Mike's Spool Holder, but instead of being a standalone design, mine is engineered to snap onto the arm itself. That way, you get the benefit of reduced friction from the axle, as well as the security of the arm itself. (I discovered that when nearing the end of a spool, the filament's memory and the movement of the printhead would suddenly yank the spool right off designs like TUSH.)
