A custom headset holder designed to snap onto the frame of a Flatron W2442PE or similar models. The device requires precise tolerances to function properly, making it unlikely to work with other monitor frames. 20160303: Update v4 The updated design prints without supports and appears more visually appealing after printing. However, due to its standing orientation during printing, the process takes significantly longer. TODO: v5 A revised version is planned, featuring minor improvements and a lighter build. Print Settings: Printer: UM2 Clone Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 15%-30% Notes: To ensure proper fit, it's essential to print with supports in place. Additionally, if your printer features adequate cooling for bridging, the design benefits from this feature; nonetheless, the bridged section is positioned on the interior at the rear and remains out of sight. The headset holder was printed using PLA at 15% infill and demonstrated satisfactory rigidity. Designed specifically for telecommunication headsets, potential future designs may accommodate full-size headsets if necessary.
