A 3D printable solution has been designed to prevent the filament from slipping off spools and tangling around PVC on a SD4 printer, though it may be adaptable for other models with a 1" diameter PVC pipe and stand. Dimensions are in mm. Print two supports and one cross-section, using crossSection85 for standard black spools or crossSection145 for wider colored spool varieties. Specific settings aren't required. Please share results if you make it, as this user plans to print after some essential jobs are completed first.
