Dog hair, dust, and small debris might be pushed through your extruder, compromising or completely ruining a print. After designing couple simple slotted cups that were filters, I wanted something more refined and lightweight. So, I modeled this. It has holes where you can drop a bit of oil if needed. Printed as one piece, the hinge should break free with minimal force. If this helps, consider buying a cup of coffee for me or a bag of coffee to encourage my creativity. Thanks! Print Settings Printer: i300 Pro Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.16mm Infill: 10% Notes: 3 shells. I printed it in 3DXTech's Red ASA. Print two or more at a time to give the tab more time to cool. Post-Printing I cut two pieces from a kitchen sponge (not cellulose) to fit the case. Add a drop of oil to help PLA, not certain if it helps other types. Timelapse of three at different layer heights. How I Designed This I used Onshape to model it and then five prints to get it dialed in.
