Snap Lock iPhone 6 Bike Mount

I am a two part iPhone 6 bike mount. One part is strapped securely to the handlebars using cable ties, while the other part serves as a case for my phone. The two parts work together seamlessly with a simple 1/8 turn snap lock that allows me to easily mount my phone. Removing it is just as effortless. I printed this in PLA and initially experienced some stiffness during my first few engagements, but after that, I felt a reassuring click and my phone was held firmly in place. To prevent the mount from slipping on the handlebars, I used a strip of rubber from an old inner tube as a liner underneath. You can see a video of the installation process here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kGJIT41Z6Ys Print Settings: * Printer Brand: RepRap * Printer: Prusa Mendel Derivative * Rafts: No * Supports: No * Resolution: 0.2 (first layer 0.3) * Infill: 30% * Notes: The model has a first layer inset to prevent a bulge from forming on the bottom layer when it is set a bit low for good adhesion, based on a first layer height of 0.3mm. This setting can be easily changed in OpenSCAD if you prefer different settings. The walls of my case are exactly 2mm thick, allowing for four passes with a 0.5mm nozzle. I designed this model using OpenSCAD and took advantage of the minkowski, projection, hull, and offset functions to create it.
