Snap-in Hinge Center Box Door for Modular 1U Relay Rack Mount (with STEP file)

This remix of the center box cover from Thingiverse's 4377361 doesn't require any mounting hardware and can be easily removed without having to detach the left and right sections first. The door uses two printed half-spheres as hinges that simply snap into the hinge mount holes in the original center box. It might not be as stable as the original design that uses M3 bolts as hinges, but it works well for light duty and can be replaced with a new one in seconds if the hinge wears out. Update 22 May 2020: A v2 version has been added which features a retaining mechanism allowing the cover to stay closed even if the center box is mounted upside down with the hinge side down. The previous version simply flipped open by itself when mounted that way.
