I altered a great original design by basten3d to fit my Home Depot HDX brand free standing wire shelves perfectly. To assemble the top, I simply snapped it into place first, then carefully attached the bottom section. I chose to use PLA with an infill percentage of 30-60% - results may vary depending on individual printer settings. My custom shelves measured precisely 1 and 11/64 inches in length, equivalent to 29.7656 millimeters.
