prusaprinters
This is a lightweight and easy to print case I designed for the Raspberry Pi Camera Module 2. It snaps together and can be separated again. It has a GoPro compatible mount. No supports are needed for the print. It has successfully been tested with PLA & PETG on a Prusa Mini+. Only needs ~40 mins to print.Print InstructionsUse the *.3mf file, which includes all necessary print settings:Layer height ≤ 0.2 mm“Detect thin walls” enabled in print settingsGyroid infillPrint the body and cover with the flat face downAssembly InstructionsConnect the camera module with the flat ribbon cableInsert the camera module into the housing Gently push the module down until it snaps into placeAttach the cover. Make sure the cover is attached in the correct orientation with the notches facing into the direction of the mount. Disassembly InstructionsLift the cover from the body using the notch at the top of the caseGently push the two latches apart and pull the camera upward using the ribbon cable. Don't apply too much force, as this could damage the cable.Compatibility Use a accessory with a GoPro compatible mount or design your own (just add a mount like this to your design). Let me know how it works for you and I' would be happy if you share your results.
