This design aims to streamline construction with just 6 panels, secured by 8 screws. Nylon is a viable material choice. Assembly is straightforward: two panels feature integrated rails with slots for the other two. Finally, attach the top and bottom panels using M2 countersunk flathead screws. The cubesat includes clips to secure solar panels. Renderings and STP files will be shared shortly.
