Snap and Load Weedeater blades (for Weed Warrior)

I'm running low on blades for my weed eater and I was heading to Home Depot to pick up a few when it suddenly dawned on me - I could print those myself. I designed them using Tinkercad as a base, taking some creative liberties with the original to see what would work best for cutting grass. The printed blade is made from PET at 100% infill and my test fit was perfect, lasting quite a while before it finally sheared off when I hit the house - I only used 20% infill, so that's likely the problem. I'm thinking of using 100% infill to make it last longer for an entire yard. I'll update next weekend with my results after I mow again. It's essential to note that this project should be approached at your own risk - I've never done anything like this before and I'm still experimenting.
