This was my first time creating something for a 3D printer, and I'm thrilled to share the process with you. My Artistic Vision I started by sketching out my design on paper, bringing it to life in Illustrator. From there, I scanned the image and uploaded it into the program. Next Step: Conversion Magic! I converted my Illustrator file into a versatile SVG or DWG format, making it ready for 3D creation. With Tinkercad open and waiting, I exported the design as an STL file - the perfect format for printing! Finally, My Masterpiece Takes Shape I uploaded my STL file to a 3D printer or Shapeways, watching in awe as my design transformed into a tangible reality. The result? A stunning 3D creation that showcases my artistic skills and creativity!
