I just got a new pet corn snake, and within days of arriving she completely changed her look by shedding her skin. It was really cool to watch, and we observed that she spent some time scratching and scraping against the corners of the hide I had created for her. This led me to come up with an enrichment toy designed with nothing but edges and corners to help a snake easily shed its skin.
