
Snake lamp

This lamp draws inspiration from the classic snake puzzle game. With a suitable power source - specifically, a 3-volt x ampere setup - you can extend its length indefinitely. The lamp's orientation is entirely flexible and it remains constantly lit in any configuration. The "conductive ring" components must be crafted from metal or highly conductive filament; in the prototype, these pieces were made with PLA coated with tin foil. Each cube contains four LEDs, all connected in parallel. The positive terminal makes contact with the inner ring while the negative one connects to the outer ring. Tunnels within each cube allow wires to pass through and connect the rings on opposite sides. The electrical socket used is identical to those found on Arduino boards, typically designed for 12-volt applications. The lamp's structural integrity is maintained by an elastic cord. Its locking mechanism is remarkably similar to that of a previously introduced snake puzzle cube.
