Snake Hide

The photo hide has been downsized so when printed, it will appear slightly larger. It's a quick snake hide I created, featuring a spot where they can wrap themselves around as well as a dark hiding place. This design can be used for small lizards like baby crested geckos or even bigger ones if you have a large enough print bed and scale it up in your design software. After my baby corn snake was infested with mites, I cleared out the vivarium's aspen shavings and replaced them with kitchen roll. This left only one hide and no aspen for the snake to crawl under. Instead of buying a new hide, I decided to quickly create another one. I'd like to make a version II that looks more natural, allowing you to paint it and give it a professional finish. This design should be safe for your reptile, but I can't guarantee its safety and take no responsibility for any potential issues with plastics used. Please check the materials' pet safety before use, as some plastics may release fumes when heated to high temperatures. I used PLA in this design, which is fine.
