This is a customized version of JReimers Viper Fang for the CR-10x - I made modifications to fit a 40mm print cooling fan instead of the standard blower. Additionally, I added support for the Micro Swiss hotend and EZABL. You will need to add supports from the build platform at least and use either PETG, ABS or PLA+ since this part is close to the hotend and needs some heat resistance.
