This is a heat bed cable management design specifically tailored for the Creality CR-10 series. In addition to releasing tension at both ends of the cable, this design utilizes a standard spiral cable sleeve, readily available on Amazon and other online retailers, to safeguard the heat bed cabling from wear and tear. To ensure a precise fit, it's recommended to lengthen the drawings to match your cables' actual dimensions. All parts can be printed without supports, making PETG or nGEN ideal materials for this project. The part that attaches to the heatbed frame should accommodate the original screws used in the strain relief mechanism. Exploded views are provided to guide you through the assembly process. To secure the spiral sleeve at both ends, a few standard zip locks will suffice. The plug side can be directly attached to the original aviation plug supplied by Creality. For added stability, consider assembling one string of filament that can be glued into both ends. This design not only manages cables but also protects the completed tube from coming into contact with the printer's bottom frame. To achieve this, you can use simple rubber bands tied to the top bar on the z-axes or opt for my stomp! design, which utilizes retractable badge holders for a more secure solution.
