Snake and Alphabet Puzzle

I spent countless hours as a kid solving these puzzles, so I decided to create my own. They date back to the 1880s. My initial designs were a disaster due to poor tolerances. To make it more challenging and accessible for beginners, I designed it with two sides. Angus from Makers Muse was inspired by the original puzzle 15 design, which gave me the motivation to complete mine. His video on this subject recently sparked my enthusiasm, although he charges for his build on Gumtree. I didn't think people would want to pay for a simple design like mine, so I finished it instead. If you watch his video closely, you'll notice several issues with printed puzzles that I've resolved in mine. His channel is excellent and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in 3D printing. The alphabet side is easier to solve first, and once completed, the other side follows suit. This makes it perfect for kids learning their letters and a fun coffee table toy to impress guests. To make it more challenging for beginners, I added a snake to the alphabet side, but you'll understand once you print it. I used ColorPrint by Prusa to change layer colors at specific z heights for great color combinations, but you can also print in a single color if you prefer. The entire puzzle prints in place and is ready to use when removed from the print bed. It works best on a flat surface but can be held at an angle and moved around as well. I've been designing custom puzzles for people, and they love them! More puzzles are coming soon.
