Snack factory built on a spacious 4000 square-meter plot. Construction details are as follows: Groundwork features pile footing, providing stability and support. The building's framework is based on post-and-beam design with reinforced concrete construction. A reinforced concrete slab makes up the roofing system. Ceiling work involves gypsum paneling paired with fiberglass insulation blankets for energy efficiency and comfort. Exterior walls are constructed from autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) blocks, plastered and finished with gypsum panels. Flooring consists of reinforced hollow-core concrete topped with terrazzo finishes. Doors and windows boast aluminum frames surrounded by 6 millimeter-thick glass.
