Cold air intake system for my 4.6 Mustang GT, adaptable to older 5.0 models as well, though I'm unsure of the specifics. The large elbow is intended to be securely joined via acetone welding. This part is specifically designed from ABS material only; PLA will not suffice for this application. The 90mm pipe is meant to fit snugly within the fender well with the filter in place. Vacuum lines are supposed to be acetone welded directly onto the pipe as well. Later updates will include accurate specifications for drilling holes into the pipe, but for now, you can drill out any necessary openings. This system features 3.5mm thickness throughout and should be printed solidly. I employ a 0.38mm line width and 3.8mm walls to achieve optimal results, yielding a sturdy part with 3.5mm walls. Additional components required include: * A 97mm or similar silicone coupling * Four-inch worm clamps * An 85mm silicone clamp or similar model, accompanied by four-inch worm clamps As of March 27th, 2019, I have successfully operated this setup for over a week without encountering any issues. I applied window flashing/foil tape beneath the pipe sections resting directly above the exhaust manifold; however, this may not be necessary. Update: A second 78mm elbow with an alternate angle has been added to the system. Update: The MAF plate has been corrected.
