Smoothieboard workbench plate

This is a straightforward workbench plate. It makes it possible to work safely on board during the testing and installation phase. It also keeps the board cool. This has mounting points for two 45mm fans. It comes with 4mm standoffs, vent holes underneath the drivers, main chip, and a few random ones. There is about 3mm clearance between the board and the fan mounts. There are 4 x 4.5mm mounting holes. Edit: I increased the size of the fan mount holes to 4.5 x 6.5mm. This will work with fans that have hole spacing from 34 to 41mm. The fan mounting plates were made 1mm thicker. Update V0.2, January 18th, 2015. This was tested on a v1.0a board and the holes for the board mount were adjusted accordingly. A version without built-in standoffs has been added. This allows for the use of nylon spacers instead.
