hi , I share with you my version of smooth kong, which prints without support, the objects are separated by 3 parts : the kong, the barrel and the teeth, after printing glue the barrel and the teeth with the kong ps : the barrel can be printed without filling just ensure at least 5 layers on top ps2 : the only part where there is some support and at the level of the mouth as the picture indicated on simplify3d the dimension of the kong without barrel is about 35cm , you can print it smaller or bigger by adjusting the scale on your slicer for the print settings on simplify3d I use 8% infill with 2 outlines, and 4 layers on top and bottom and for the barel 0% infill with 4 layer at the bottom and 6 layer at the top
