Most smoother cases I saw didn't have a fan or heat mitigation. As my smoothers tend to get hot, especially on longer prints, I wanted a case with some cooling features. Pegs should tighten mount smoothers, but I usually secure them after installation by gluing the pegs in place to prevent connection fatigue from movement. Fits standard 30mm fans using M3 screws for a secure and easy installation process. Hole depth is designed to include a washer during case assembly; without washers, the holes will reach their bottom.
