Smoothed Reduced V29 Whistle

I loved the original remix by Rodney, but it had some rough edges so I smoothed them out a bit. It's now even more pleasant to carry around and performs just as well. This version isn't as boisterous as the V29, but takes up significantly less space and essentially serves as two instruments in one. If you blow softly, you get a softer whistle similar to one used at sports events without the pea. If you blow with more force, you produce an extremely loud, ear-piercing sound.
