This is a remix of a remix. I liked the bearing based version from @AdamWP, makes the cheapo cardboard spools that I get from Amazon work as intended! I've rebuilt every component in Fusion 360 to better suit my needs. Requires 2 skateboard bearings, the type common in other 3D printer projects. Changes in this version: - Merged the pegs INTO the hooks, saving time and number of pieces. Also adds some stability over loose pegs. - It may have been my bearings, but the top brace was not the same length as the bottom roller. This top brace keeps the hook sides parallel. - Rebuilt the roller from scratch to have larger 'shoulders'. - Rebuilt the hooks to have fillets for the peg holes for a tighter fit - Adjusted the hook diameter to accommodate PVC ** Update 12-4-2023 ** Added versions of the hooks that can accommodate a rubber band through the center of the spool. I had a few spools fall off of the hook studs. Example picture added.
