Smooth Rod to Linear Rails - With threaded rod

I've had a i3 for a while and finally got around to upgrading the y carriage to use linear rails and thought I'd share what I made. This is designed around 8mm threaded rods and M3 nuts/bolts, please note, the 8mm holes might need a little drilling/filling, depending on how tight you want it. Part lists: Linear_Rail_With_Threaded_Rod_Corner.stl Linear_Rail_With_Threaded_Rod_Center_And_Squaring_Support.stl Linear_Rail_With_Threaded_Rod_Center_Brace.stl Linear_Rail_Carriage_cap.stl Linear_Rail_With_Threaded_Rod_End_Switch_Holder.stl Linear_Rail_With_Threaded_Rod_End_Switch_Probe.stl Idler_Tensioner_Endplate.stl Idler_Tensioner_Pulley_Holder.stl -Linear_Rail_With_Threaded_Rod_Corner.stl For the corners -Linear_Rail_With_Threaded_Rod_Center_And_Squaring_Support.stl Used for both supporting the centre and used to square the rails to the frame. I'm no longer using a plastic frame but this will work just the same. -Linear_Rail_With_Threaded_Rod_Center_Brace.stl Used for when building and aligning the build plate carriage. I used these to keep the rails parallel when screwing the build plate carriage to the linear rail carriages. -Linear_Rail_Carriage_cap.stl As I do not have the tools to drill 16 holes as well as needed, I printed these caps and driller bigger holes than required using the caps to secure the build plate carriage to the carriages. I did use graph paper to drill the hole in the general area with a hand drill. -Linear_Rail_With_Threaded_Rod_End_Switch_Holder.stl To hold the switch using the rail and threaded rods, nuts are used to secure this piece as well as adjust it. -Linear_Rail_With_Threaded_Rod_End_Switch_Probe.stl To stick below the build plate carriage to trigger the end switch -Idler_Tensioner_Endplate.stl -Idler_Tensioner_Pulley_Holder.stl A Tensioner, just a thought I'd make a new design.
