The STL file is designed specifically for a Ukulele, but scaling up to around 150% in your slicer or printer will give you a guitar-sized version. For the most appealing look, consider printing the tall model so that your Ukulele sits with strings out. This wall mount is incredibly solid and gets the job done beautifully. I've printed several of these, and they work fantastically well. If you're looking to print a guitar mount, be prepared to adjust the size - 150% scale might not be perfect for every 'axe'. Experiment until you find the ideal fit. One major issue with printing items meant to hold weight is that they often don't match up to their non-3D printed counterparts in terms of strength. This design aims to counteract this by providing a sturdier shape, giving you peace of mind when it comes to its structural integrity. When printing, consider using an outer layer thickness of 2mm and at least 25% infill for optimal results. PETG or Nylon are suggested materials - both work well. If you're familiar with warping factors in ABS, that's a good option too. However, PLA might not be the best choice due to its lack of strength when carrying weight.
