Smooth Cam for Water Sculpture

To make printing even simpler, I revamped this cam with a continuous arc. I'm really fond of its appearance and it functions beautifully too. Moreover, the cams can be reversed and/or rotated slightly to create varying animations by adjusting their positions relative to each other. Additionally, I included a spacer for the outer edges as well. Simply use the shaft and base from my initial remix found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2549756
