I made this thing with Tinkercad. Edit it online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/5QDF91YtDBi The hanger measures 45mm from hook to lip, designed to prevent headphones from slipping off. The gap is carefully crafted to be 13mm wide, fitting perfectly into my 12.3mm desk wall after accounting for shrinkage. This was a quick and dirty v1 design; v2 will likely feature a small bit to hold the cord in place, along with cutouts to minimize material usage.
