...here we go on with the concept: we have the second large package for our food dispensers, where we have to work quickly and reliably! The second core, the second package is salted smoked fish: long-lasting - and with a few tricks that every cook might know (not everyone knows!) - you can quickly make tasty and varied products!Smoked fish can be cut into strips - thick or very thin. And you can quickly make salted smoked fish from almost any known type of fish - with the exception of the inedible, dangerous ones - whether saltwater or freshwater fish!I have attached a lot of pictures here: for a better understanding: it is Russian fish - because in Germany you can't normally get any good fish apart from the boring offers from discounters!the recipe is the same or similar, regardless of which type of fish you use:400 grams of salted smoked fish - chopped and soaked in waterAround 200 grams of oat flakes - also soaked in waterAround 200 grams of special dried onions, which are breaded in flour!Around 200 grams of gouda - chopped3 small eggs - Russian, normal ones hereMix everything together and pipe into molds! It is the second package - after the homemade jams - for example the sweet potato jam, the onion jam,the pear-date jam, the date-plantain jam and others that have one thing in common: only cane sugar is used - not household sugar! Household sugar is industrially processed too much - and too sweet: the wrong sugar in any case! cane sugar is never sweet - it just sweetens with a different taste and is easily digestible and wholesome!the salted smoked fish project is the second: what's to come - you'll have to wait and see!step, igs, stl, jpeg
