By altering my original hinged box design, I created a version tailored for 20 cigarette packs. This project requires precise printing due to its large surface area; ensure your bed is leveled before starting. My design may produce a sizable bridge at the smoke-retaining part, but optimal print settings will prevent drooping or stringing. The hinge has ample clearance and won't fuse during printing, detaching freely from the bed. To open and close it effortlessly, gently push on the latch while applying force to the wall. I recommend Makerware Standard print settings for a Rep2 printer. Be prepared for a challenging print!
